About Me
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, chronic health issues, relationship issues, or recovering from the effects of trauma, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone on your journey. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing while in therapy. As a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in nursing, my approach to therapy includes being attentive to people as a whole. By using complementary methods, I offer a highly personalized plan tailored to each person. I have a warm, supportive, non-judgmental presence that helps people develop trust and feel safe to be themselves. Realizing you have a problem that you can’t solve on your own is a brave first step, and I understand this step is hard. You’ve likely been debating seeking help for months, if not years. I’m so glad you’re seeking help and have taken the courageous step of finding a therapist. Please contact me with questions or to schedule a free consultation.
