About Me

If there was a way to feel better, would you be interested? Anxiety, Depression & Trauma can destabilize relationships, and deepen your sense of being alone. Feeling insecure, overwhelmed, or numb can be signs that it’s time to reach out for help. If you’ve been bullied, abused, or neglected, or experienced an assault or accident, you could have trauma or difficulty managing your emotions & relationships. Clear trauma & re-discover your innate natural wholeness. In psychotherapy, I will hear your life story, guide you to new possibilities, & help you build resilience from your inner strengths. I’m a seasoned therapist with 20+ years experience helping adults, families, & children in homes, hospitals, community centers, schools, & private practice. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NY, FL, RI, & PA, a Certified EMDR Therapist, a Life Coach, & Board Certified Counselor. I specialize in anxiety, depression, & trauma.
