About Me

Hi I’m Heather, I have dedicated my life to understanding what trauma does to the body and mind and how it presents in both so that I can help my clients move through the parts of their past that hold them back. I am passionate about helping people reclaim their hope and life-purpose after devastating and traumatic circumstances have rendered them emotionally, psychologically, mentally, or physically compromised. I enjoy partnering with clients to firmly but gently help them find inner peace through validating their experiences and processing their traumatic events. Then, I appreciate the opportunity to partner with clients as they prepare to bravely step into the next chapter of their lives by helping them explore and develop a new or elevated sense of self. I’m here to help you find purpose and peace in life and to embrace a healthy relationship with yourself so you can tap into true fulfillment.
