I am the Clinic Director of Key Counselling Services, a therapy clinic which provides in-person appointments in London, Ontario and virtual appointments across Ontario and Alberta. I provide therapy to help people *Feel better (manage trauma, thoughts, feelings and reactions) **Work towards their life goals and ***Thrive.
Education & Experience
I am trained in a number of therapy models and work with each person to design a therapy treatment program that best meets their needs. I work with people across the lifespan, most often with people who have experienced complex trauma and/or adverse childhood experiences.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am also affiliated with the Ontario Association of Social Workers, EMDR Canada, and the International Regulatory Body for EMDR - EMDRIA.
