Life doesn’t have to feel like this. My job is to plant the seed of hope so you can begin to envision a happier, more authentic, less stressful life for yourself. Once you have that destination in mind, I become the GPS helping to gently guide you on your journey. You are strong, resilient, and brave for choosing to work on things in therapy. Specialties: Trauma, addiction recovery, high achiever burnout Issues I treat: PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, codependency, gender-affirming care Client focus: 18+ years old Niche Communities: LGBTQIA+, Kinky/Poly folx, Sex Workers Treatment approach: individuals & couples. I mainly use EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and parts work. I offer EMDR in weekly sessions or intensive format.
