About Me
As a somatically-focused psychotherapist, I have always been interested in integrating the mind-body connection in my work. This passion has led me to train in LENS neurofeedback, EMDR as well as Somatic Experiencing, all somatic practices which offer tangible results deeply rooted in insight-oriented transformation.
Education & Experience
I am trained as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with specialties in varied somatic offerings, including EMDR. I have also completed the trainings in Compassion Cultivation at Stanford University, and have been in private practice in San Francisco for the last 7 years.
