About Me

Heidi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State, Idaho, Utah and Delaware. She has received training from IITAP as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and by APSATS in using the Multi Dimensional Treatment Model for betrayed partners. Heidi is an Attachment Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) therapist and EMDR Certified Therapist ™. She is also trained in Brainspotting. Heidi uses a wholistic approach and specializes in working with women, couples and teens who struggle with a wide variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. Heidi provides counseling and specializes in treating betrayal trauma and relational trauma as well as those experiencing symptoms of trauma due to the impact of religious abuse. Heidi has been working with families in some capacity for over 25 years including as a coach, mentor, and teacher. She has extensive experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescent, and families both within community health, private practice, and school-based settings. In addition, she has experience working in both in-patient and out-patient medical settings working with adults that have complex medical and behavioral issues. In addition, Heidi is an Approved Clinical Supervisor for those seeking licensure in the state of Washington and Idaho. Heidi is LGBTQIA2SP+ competent and inclusive.
