About Me

Hilary works with adults 18 years and older. Her specialty is in trauma specifically PTSD, PTSD with dissociative features and dissociative disorders including dissociative identity disorder. She also works with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder and chemical dependency disorders. Hilary is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified clinician and is trained in NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) therapy. Hilary meets clients where they are at and believes that they are the experts on their lives. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, ego state work, EMDR and NARM to help facilitate healing. In her free time, Hilary enjoys walking her dog, cooking and playing board games
