About Me
Hello! I am LMFT that has a psychodynamic approach to help clients become more grounded, mindful, present, and regulated. I also utilize attachment and relational methods. I enjoy helping clients process their life, trauma, and complex trauma with talk therapy and EMDR.
Education & Experience
I have a BA in English Lit, MA in Anthropology, and MS in Counseling. I have always enjoyed being around people and listening to their stories. I am also an anthropology professor.
