About Me

I work with EMDR (Standard Protocol, R-TEP, G-TEP, Flash), and as part of an integrative approach, I incorporate elements of CBT, CPT, DBT (Mindfulness), Logotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, ISP protocol, iCOVER, Olfactory Training, other techniques for stabilizing the psycho-emotional sphere, techniques for improving sleep quality and memory, and the MMPI diagnostic test. My clients include civilians, military personnel, veterans, and former prisoners of war who suffer from disorders such as PTSD, complex PTSD (ICD-11), adjustment disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, anxiety-depression syndrome, postconcussional syndrome (consequences of Mild traumatic brain injury).
