About Me
Welcome! Are you feeling overwhelmed, struggling with unwanted feelings, having difficulty coping from past or present experiences? Are you experiencing intense emotions? Finding someone to understand and connect with can be difficult. Sometimes, even asking for help can be a challenge. Give yourself an opportunity to learn about your emotions, where they come from, and ways to effectively process them. I have a deep commitment to working with youth, adults, and families. It is my goal to create a supportive, comfortable, safe environment to allow you to explore your emotions, identify trauma, event that continue impact the abilities to function and to develop skills to improve your self-confidence, healing and overall, wellbeing. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth, adults, and families in multiple settings including schools, homes, and outpatient clinics. I have a master’s degree in Education from Cambridge College and a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies from Salem State University. I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
