About Me

I am passionate about helping women heal their relationships through my therapy services in Santa Barbara County, California. I believe that in order to create real change in how we feel and act within our relationships, we need to address the root cause. I know that searching for a therapist can be hard. Talking about something as intimate as our dreams and fears as they relate to our close relationships can make us feel extremely vulnerable. I have gone through that process and I understand it. I will help you feel comfortable and “meet you where you are.” I care deeply about my clients and the things that they are going through.
