About Me
We are wired for connection, but past experiences can make it hard to feel safe, open, or understood. Through EMDR therapy, I help you process and heal from trauma so you can feel more grounded, present, and connected in your everyday life. As you begin to release what’s been weighing on you, you can move through the world with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
I support women navigating life transitions such as career, dating, marriage, and parenthood while working through the impact of past experiences. Using EMDR, we gently target the root of emotional patterns so you can respond rather than react, strengthen your sense of self, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
As a Haitian American woman, I bring cultural sensitivity to Caribbean and West African experiences. However, regardless of your connection to the African diaspora, I would love to help you on your healing journey.
