About Me
Becoming a therapist has felt more like a calling than a career goal. I knew from the moment I learned of the profession's existence that being a therapist would align with my life purpose. It is a great privilege to be a witness and guide in a person's healing journey and I find this work to be very meaningful.
Education & Experience
I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and my Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology at California State University, Fullerton. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict and unresolved trauma. I have worked with children, teens and adults as well as groups.
