About Me

I specialize in working with trauma and anxiety. I am passionate about helping my clients process and release what is holding them back, tap into to their inherent self worth, and feel connected to the present. I use a client-centered approach to join each individual I work with in exploring, processing, and healing from their unique experiences that hold them back from living freely in the present.

Education & Experience

I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with my Masters of Social Work degree. I have worked in both public and private agencies providing therapy to individuals experiencing issues such as interpersonal violence, sexual trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR and continue to learn each day from every client I work with.
