Ivy Ellis, LCSW, PMH-C

About Me
I’m a therapist and the founder of Empathic Counseling Center, where I specialize in helping overthinkers, high-achievers, and anxious adults. My work focuses on supporting clients navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and major life transitions—including young adulthood, motherhood, and identity shifts.
If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns you can’t seem to break, EMDR can help address those negative beliefs that keep you stuck. I use EMDR to process past experiences that continue to impact your present. I am not a “sit back and nod” type of therapist; my approach is warm, engaging, and collaborative. We will work hard, but we will also laugh a lot.
My practice is fully virtual.
