About Me
I am passionate about working with others who suffer from addiction and/or trauma, and who are seeking recovery or are in recovery and looking for greater transformation and psychological-spiritual integration. Are you looking for deeper meaning and healing in your life? Are you sometimes triggered by internal or external experiences and feeling like you have no control? Do you want to have more agency in your life, and are you interested in exploring your inner landscape and how you can journey towards transformation and wholeness? I am excited to work alongside those ready to embark on a life-changing journey; a journey to uncover their unconscious motivations and egoic patterning in an effort to transmute them into fuel for growth. We will use the Enneagram in multiple contexts as an effective path for deeper understanding and to discover and use your gifts and true essence. Using the Enneagram with psychotherapy, including EMDR and HeartMath techniques, we will collaborate and identify triggers and patterns, and how to desensitize them while reinforcing strengths, and inner and outer resources to empower you as you practice new behaviors and ways of relating. I'm looking forward to partnering with you on this journey!
