For the first decade of my career, I worked in community mental health, supporting individuals from all walks of life with a wide range of mental health concerns. Today, I’m in private practice, where I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma and navigate trauma-related symptoms. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space for meaningful growth and lasting change.
