Preferred Name: Jacqueline
About Me
I am an EMDR-trained therapist working with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My trauma-informed, collaborative approach helps clients safely process stuck experiences and build emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting relief.
I provide telehealth services in Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Florida.
Education & Experience
I hold a doctoral degree in School Psychology with a focus on clinical mental health and have advanced training in EMDR therapy, TF-CBT, DBT, and integrated mental health approaches. My work is developmentally responsive and grounded in helping the nervous system heal so past experiences no longer define the present.
