About Me
As a child, I watched my mother’s counseling journey from the sidelines and witnessed her grow into someone who knew her worth and could embrace vulnerability; that experience showed me both the power of therapy and our incredible capacity to heal and change. I deeply respect the courage it takes to enter painful emotional terrain, and I strive to show up authentically and create a space where every part of you—the parts you love and the parts shaped by protection and pain—is welcome. Outside of therapy, I am a wife, mother, and photographer who loves a good belly laugh with friends.
Education & Experience
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and am an Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist. I have 10 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex mental health needs across community, school-based, outpatient, and private-practice settings.
