About Me

I founded Circles of Resilience to be a sanctuary for those navigating the heavy "survival mode" that so often follows life’s greatest challenges. With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping people distinguish between the chaos outside their Circle of Control and the strength they carry within. I believe therapy is more than just managing symptoms; it is a collaborative, evolving process of shedding limiting beliefs and rediscovering your authentic self. You are much more than the story you’ve been told or the struggles you've endured. It would be my sincere honor to walk alongside you as you build your internal resilience and recreate a narrative that truly reflects who you are. Remember, this is a journey you no longer have to navigate alone.
