About Me
You may be the one others rely on — the steady one, the capable one — while quietly carrying experiences that still feel unresolved. Trauma does not always look dramatic. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety that won’t fully settle, relationship patterns that repeat, or a nervous system that feels “on” even when you’re exhausted.
I am trained in EMDR because I believe healing should reach deeper than insight alone. While talking can bring understanding, EMDR helps the brain and body reprocess experiences at a neurological level — so the charge softens, the triggers lessen, and you’re no longer reacting from old survival patterns. When given the right conditions — safety, pacing, and support — your nervous system knows how to move toward healing.
My approach is steady, attuned, and collaborative. We will go at a pace that respects your system. You will understand what we are doing and why. I will help you stay grounded while we work, and you will never be pushed beyond what feels manageable. Clients often describe our work as both calming and clarifying — a place where they can finally exhale while still moving forward.
I work with adults healing from trauma and attachment wounds, individuals navigating anxiety or life transitions, and couples seeking repair and reconnection. Whether the wounds are recent or long-standing, our work will be thoughtful and intentional.
Healing does not require reliving everything. It requires feeling safe enough for your mind and body to process what they have been holding.
I offer in-person EMDR therapy in Wichita Falls, Texas, and virtual sessions throughout Texas.
If you’re ready for therapy that feels steady, compassionate, and clinically grounded — and that moves beyond coping into true reprocessing — I would be honored to walk alongside you.
