About Me
Therapy can be a space to explore and work through life’s challenges, to help bring personal growth, healing, and acceptance.
I am prepared to walk through this journey with you, as a guide, to examine perhaps, difficult feelings, life transitions, relationship problems, stress, trauma, or other patterns that may be affecting your life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I believe a genuine connection is an important part of therapy, and I’ll meet you where you are without judgment or pressure.
I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, grief, substance use concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and more.
In our work together, we may look at how past experiences are affecting the way you feel, think, and relate to others today. As you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll also focus on practical tools and healthier ways of coping, communicating, and navigating life's challenges.
I bring experience from a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, substance use treatment, and psychiatric hospitals. This experience has taught me that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and experiences.
Education & Experience
I received my MSW at the University of Southern California (USC), and am a clinical psychotherapist. I have worked with mental health patients in many settings, including outpatient, intensive OP (IOP/PHP), as well as substance abuse and hospital settings.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am affiliated with the National Association of Social Work focus of clinical social work and psychotherapy.
