About Me
Do you feel stuck, like you are getting in your own way? Feelings hopeless and isolated? Our past life experiences can have a lasting effect on our current situations, leaving us feeling hopeless about the future. Often we try to manage our difficulties without help, which can be frustrating. This frustration creates barriers that can leave you feeling distant from others and even a stranger to yourself. What is worse is often we don’t even know why we are struggling. Together let's give you the skills to change your life. I am dedicated to helping people with difficult and painful experiences. Therapy facilitates understanding of oneself and the issues that cause pain. Insight allows space to draw on inherent strengths, build tools, heal the wounds, and provide a different way to live. I provide psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic assessment to address a wide range of issues. I provide an empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and insightful experience to help you feel safe to explore yourself, the difficulties that you are struggling with, tap into your strengths and gain the resilience you need. I look forward to meeting you, getting to know you, and working together towards lasting wellness.
