About Me

Jaime is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with people who have experienced Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Phobias, and other emotional disturbances. Jaime believes it is never too early or too late to seek help, and she enjoys working with both children and adults. Jaime is easy going, relatable and genuine in her approach to providing care to clients. She is person-centered and meets people with warmth, empathy and non judgement. She is EMDR Certified and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training. She has additional training in Exposure and Response Prevention, Sand Tray Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.
