I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma treatment. I work with adolescents and adults, integrating DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to support emotional regulation, nervous system stability, and adaptive processing. My style is direct and down-to-earth, and I focus on creating a safe, grounded space where people can do meaningful trauma work and move toward lasting change.

Available for in-person sessions in the Franklin office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
