About Me
Trauma can leave you feeling disconnected from your body, your emotions, and even from yourself. If that's where you are, I want you to know something: healing doesn't have to be rushed, and you don't have to do it alone.
I specialize in PTSD. Since 2018, I have worked in crisis and trauma-focused settings, supporting individuals through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives. Anxiety and depression often accompany trauma, and together we work to understand how all of these pieces fit within your unique story.
My style is slow, steady, and deeply collaborative. I meet you exactly where you are, whether you're feeling ready to process or unsure about opening the door at all. I believe "the only way out is through," but we move at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
When we can name what's happening inside, we begin to soften its intensity. You are the expert on you. My role is to walk beside you, helping you face what feels uncomfortable while honoring your strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
Healing isn't about forcing change. It's about creating enough safety to let change unfold.
