Using a strengths-based and EMDR approach, I draw on extensive experience as a first responder to help you find the path to wellness, undo the knots of PTSD, and discover self-acceptance and equanimity. My role is to help facilitate your unique healing journey. It is possible to find inner peace and resilience even when we confront stress, pain, and challenge in our lives. This belief is at the core of my practice.
