About Me
I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using a relationship-based psychodynamic approach. In addition to other treatment modalities, I am certified in EMDR and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also offer clinical supervision and EMDR consultation for mental health practitioners.
Drawing from a range of evidence-based practices, I tailor each therapy session to meet the unique needs of my clients. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, and I enjoy finding thoughtful, creative solutions that support each person's individual challenges and goals.
Education & Experience
I earned my BA from Sarah Lawrence College in New York and my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan. Since 2002, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including wilderness therapy programs, community mental health systems, hospitals, palliative care, and private practice.
