About Me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying pain that just won’t seem to shift—you’re not alone. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and CBT, I help clients access deeper healing and create meaningful, lasting change.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can work through emotional pain and move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
