About Me
Many of the people I work with share a common experience: they find themselves held back by the weight of what's happened to them, even when they're ready to move forward. My work focuses on helping people heal from past experiences so they can engage more fully and freely in their lives today.
Utilizing EMDR as my primary treatment modality, I specialize in working with adults navigating the impacts of trauma and anxiety. I integrate complementary approaches — including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — to provide individualized, comprehensive care that reflects each client's unique history, needs, and goals.
