About Me

I'm so glad you found your way here. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. I am deeply committed to helping new moms, dads, and expecting parents navigate this often difficult and stressful life transition. In combination with psychotherapy, I use EMDR therapy to begin the healing process for perinatal related trauma such as miscarriages, traumatic birth, infertility struggles, and infant loss.
