About Me
I use an integrative approach to counseling and psychotherapy, drawing from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful in resolving current and long-standing issues. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR. I have a private practice located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Alvernia University and my Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University. I have an extensive background in the treatment of acute, chronic, and complex PTSD symptoms resulting from unresolved past traumatic events, including relational trauma, beginning at a young age. I treat a broad range of issues, such as traumatic stress and PTSD; anxiety and mood disorders; substance use and co-occurring disorders; and chronic relapse.
