About Me

Hello! I am located in British Columbia, Canada, and support clients both virtually and in person in Kelowna and Vernon.

I draw on evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches including attachment and family systems theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, solutions-focused strategies, and mindfulness practices. I value creating a safe, non-judgmental space where people feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, walking alongside my clients, helping them uncover strengths, and supporting them in building new patterns that foster connection, stability, and hope.

Education & Experience

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW) and the British Columbia Association of Social Workers (BCASW) in Canada.

With a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of British Columbia and a diverse professional background, I bring expertise and compassion to my practice. My career has spanned work with children, families, and adults in community and government settings, supporting clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance misuse, relationship struggles, and the lasting impact of trauma.
