About Me

Trained in EMDR and educated in in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed practice and sex therapy, I have a specialized focus in trauma, grief, and relationships. In therapy with me you will have a space to talk, learn, and evolve. Through skill-building and personal discovery, I aim to help you manage current and future problems. Therapy with me will emphasize self-compassion, connection with the present moment and living your authentic life. Together, we will address your experiences holistically: body and mind. We will collaborate and communicate as a team, working together for a unified goal. You will find me to be genuine, warm and observant, and I will work with you in a way that feels empowering, adaptive and opens new possibilities. I received my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2021. I completed my EMDR Basic Training with additional learning relating to: -first responders -chronic/medically unexplained pain -developmental trauma (relating to attachment theory and family-of-origin) -addictions
