About Me
Hello and welcome to the beginning of your journey to better self-awareness, growth, and healing! My name is January Hartze, and I am trained in several treatment modalities which allows us to blend elements from different theories and interventions to customize our approach based on your needs and goals. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy among many other therapy modalities to address issues and difficulties that prevent a person from reaching their potential. Using evidenced-based treatments, I strive to be a light in the lives of my clients and provide them with insights and tools that will help them to accomplish their goals. It is important to counsel the whole person: mind, body, and spirit in a trusting and nonjudgmental environment, and the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the healing process. I believe therapy and helping the client to heal is sacred work, and it would be my privilege and honor to embark on this journey together!
