About Me
It is my belief that we are all worthy of unconditional positive regard, and capable of using personal strengths to overcome and manage many of the stressors life throws our way. Sometimes we need extra guidance, support, or a fresh perspective to figure out what works for us, and that is what I would like to offer you on your trek to a healthier, happier you.
Over the years I’ve worked along side of people experiencing a variety of concerns including addictions, PTSD, stress, OCD, anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, bipolar, grief & loss, and peri/postpartum depression and/or anxiety.
Our sessions will be as structured or relaxed as you prefer in order to assist you in meeting your therapy goals. I am an EMDR trained therapist and I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed, Seeking Safety, Positive Psychology, Women Specialty, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-Informed interventions.
