About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker serving the Northern New Jersey area. It’s my passion and privilege to provide therapeutic support to teenagers and adults during life’s most challenging journeys to foster healing, empowerment and transformation. I believe as humans we thrive most when we meet each other where we are without labels and expectations. That is why I take every opportunity to deeply connect with my clients and use an ad-hoc psychodynamic approach to treatment through tapping into various modalities that feel right for each person at each moment. Becoming a therapist was always a dream I had and a role I am excited to play in my life. I’m extremely grateful that I get to witness the growth and glimmers of hope I see in my clients everyday as they transform. As a therapist who is extremely intuitive, I am able to connect with my clients in a way that goes beyond the surface. I am skilled at sensing the appropriate balance of pushing and pulling to ensure my clients feel safe.
