About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDRIA Certified Therapist who works with adults who've learned to keep the peace at their own expense. I help folks who want to break generational patterns and repair attachment wounds — whether you're managing anxiety, healing from complex trauma, or navigating pregnancy and postpartum. Many of the clients I serve appear capable and composed on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally.

My work is grounded in the belief that trauma responses and coping patterns often make sense in the context of lived experience, and that healing happens through safety, collaboration, and attuned pacing.

I strive to provide a warm, grounded, and culturally responsive space where clients can process experiences, regulate their nervous systems, and build more intentional ways of relating to themselves and others.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized training in trauma treatment and perinatal mental health. I am EMDRIA Certified and have completed extensive education and consultation in EMDR therapy, including work with complex trauma, attachment wounds, and developmental trauma.

My clinical approach integrates EMDR therapy with parts informed and nervous system–aware frameworks, allowing treatment to be both structured and responsive to each client’s needs. In addition to EMDR, my background includes work with anxiety disorders, relational trauma, people-pleasing and conflict avoidant patterns, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

I am also credentialed as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician (PMH-C) and have experience supporting clients across pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
