About Me
I’m an EMDR Certified therapist and EMDR Consultant-in-Training, specializing in Relational EMDR. I offer consultation for clinicians and EMDR therapy for adults and couples (telehealth in Virginia and United Kingdom). My clinical lens integrates attachment, parts-informed work, and relational EMDR to treat complex trauma, relational injuries, anxiety, and depression.
For consultees, I focus on case conceptualization, target selection/prioritization, resourcing for highly activated clients, interweaves that actually land, working with blocking beliefs/parts, and integrating EMDR with couples or attachment-based work.
Consultation is collaborative and practical—bring real cases, leave with next steps. Individual and small-group options available.
Education & Experience
My clinical focus is Relational EMDR, using the therapist’s mindful use of self to build a secure, corrective attachment experience within the therapeutic relationship. I integrate parts-informed work, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), breathwork, coaching, and holistic mind–body strategies to support regulation and resolve blocking beliefs. Case conceptualization highlights attachment patterns, nervous-system cues, and developmental context so targets are prioritized effectively and processing stays within a window of tolerance. The work is collaborative, paced, and practical—linking EMDR protocols to everyday skills clients can use between sessions. My approach is informed by contemporary neuroscience and practice-based evidence and is designed to support durable change in symptoms and relationships.
