About Me
Dr. Jasmine Garrison is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and Nationally Certified Counselor. Dr. Garrison has worked with children, adults, families, and couples in various settings, including community mental health, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, schools, and outpatient agencies. She also has experience working with clients who are survivors of human trafficking, trauma, abuse, and domestic violence. Currently, she owns a private practice where she assists highly motivated and high-achieving professional women and men in freeing themselves of the hold that anxiety, trauma, and other concerns have on their lives and feeling more empowered to take control of their futures. Through evidence-based practices and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, Dr. Garrison works with clients to develop the tools and skills to navigate life's challenges, increase self-compassion and self-preservation, and remember that they are more than their circumstances. Clients come to Dr. Garrison to get to the root of their challenges and work toward lasting change and self-discovery.
