About Me

As a person-centered, solution-focused and existential Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my goal is to assist clients with your choice in becoming more empowered on your journey towards improved well-being and personal growth. We all experience life's unexpected changes. I approach therapy as a collaborative journey working towards achieving the most authentic and life-enhancing direction. I presently hold a private practice while also assisting at a non-profit crisis center. I have been working in the mental health field for about 5 years and hold a Master-level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) as well. I enjoy working with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and other cultural identities. I have also worked with non-traditional and polyamorous relationships. My goal is to access a variety of available relevant and evidence-based techniques including EMDR to address any long-standing behavioral concerns, maladaptive patterns, and negative perceptions such as anxiety/depression, addiction, trauma, and other concerns in order to move you forward in a more fulfilling manner. All services are offered in a supportive, empowering, accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere in order to guide clients to embrace the strategies and tools they already possess for addressing any of life's challenging situations. I look forward to working with clients in achieving their goals together.
