About Me
I am a wife, mother, pet owner (two cats, one dog), and small business owner who can often be found at some sporting event for my kids. I have loved running in the past but am finding enjoyment in less physically demanding forms of movement. I love books and knowledge. I am a homebody who enjoys quiet.
Education & Experience
I studied social work at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in Illinois. I have worked in residential treatment, community mental health, public health, and private practice mental health settings. I enjoy working with teens and adults of all ages. More recently, I was EMDR trained in April of 2021, and I completed EMDR certification in August of 2023.
