As an LCSW, I am passionate about helping adults learn how to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. Most of my practice focuses on adults experiencing depression and anxiety stemming from unprocessed childhood trauma. My approach incorporates insight-oriented therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, expressive arts’ therapy, motivational interviewing, and anger management to achieve clients’ goals.
