I specialize in anxiety and complex and relational trauma. I offer ongoing EMDR, Adjunct EMDR, and EMDR intensives. I'm trained in SAFE (Somatic, Attachment-Focused) EMDR and have extensive advanced EMDR trainings. I incorporate Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, ego states work, and IFS parts work into EMDR.
