About Me
My career pivot was sparked by people. After years as a business owner and teacher, I encountered individuals and couples facing real, painful challenges—and realized I needed deeper tools to serve them well. That insight led me to become a trauma professional and couples therapist, helping people move from survival to connection and growth.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2, and an EMDR Certified Therapist. I see clients in Louisiana and use my advanced studies in Attachment Theory and other approaches to treat trauma and marital issues.
