About Me

Jenna is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. She provides a welcoming and compassionate environment for the clients with whom she works. She believes that our experiences impact how we think and feel and uses this perspective to provide individualized therapy for each client. Jenna has received training in several evidence-based treatment models and takes time to understand clients individually to determine which approach fits best for each client. She works with individual adults, particularly those with a history of trauma and those struggling in romantic and family relationships. She also works with couples.

Education & Experience

Jenna specializes in trauma therapy for adults. She utilizes individual trauma treatments including Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also specializes in couples therapy. She uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples improve communication, heal past hurts, and strengthen emotional connection. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri. She received her Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University.
