About Me
I have worked with a variety of clients who were encountering numerous and diverse challenges. I have utilized a variety of therapeutic approaches to help my clients overcome difficulties. I use cognitive-behavioral techniques along with mindfulness practices, and EMDR for trauma survivors. I find homework and practice helpful in acquiring new insights and skills that will benefit you over time. I truly do care about what is going on in your life. I will endeavor to identify the best way to work with you to achieve your goals. Being a nontraditional student, I bring a lot of life experience to the therapy office. Ultimately, my heart's desire is to see healing from hurts that are negatively influencing a person's behavior. I believe that we all have the capacity to do great things with our lives - we just have to find out what is holding us back! Let me walk beside you during this part of your journey to find help and healing.
