About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Sylva, North Carolina. Additionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of South Carolina, and in Arizona. I am a Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist as well. I have many years experience supporting people on their journeys healing from trauma. I utilize EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting, Ericksonian Methods including Hypnosis, and Clinical Art Therapy as experiential and somatically-oriented approaches to treat trauma. I am passionate about walking alongside clients from diverse backgrounds and use affirmative approaches with individual's identities and experiences.
