About Me
I love using EMDR to help my clients! It produces amazing results that would not be possible with talk therapy alone. Before I started using EMDR, many of my clients and I would be frustrated by the fact that there were positive things they knew about themselves intellectually, but that they didn't truly believe. I use EMDR to help clients connect the dots so they can truly believe those things about themselves.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). In addition to my work with alcoholism and other addictions, I have extensive experience helping clients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, codependency, Adult Children of Alcoholics issues, spiritual and/or religious concerns, and trauma and attachment disorders.
